Lapis Software Associates, LLC announced today that its lottery sales force automation software called gemIntelligence™ will be used by the Wisconsin Lottery as its new customer relationship management (CRM) system.
The Wisconsin Lottery awarded its request for proposal (RFP) to IGT, and included in the Lottery's requirements for a new gaming system was a sales force automation solution that could upgrade the Lottery’s capabilities to manage its retail locations. gemIntelligence™ will provide IGT and the Wisconsin Lottery with a web-based solution that can be customized, including working with Microsoft Office, State email applications, and end user devices.
